The Art of Dream Telling

Dream telling, a fascinating divination practice, has been part of spiritual and cultural traditions for centuries.

Dreams have long been regarded as windows into the subconscious, offering insights into our deepest thoughts and desires. Across different spiritual and cultural contexts, dreams have been interpreted as messages from the divine, prophecies, or even portals to other realms.

Chloe Russel, with her gift and calling in dream telling, played a crucial role in popularizing and preserving this ancient practice. Through her writings, Russel shed light on the power and symbolism embedded in our dreams, providing guidance and enlightenment to those seeking to unlock their hidden meanings.

As a divination technique, dream telling involves analyzing the symbols, themes, and emotions present in a dream to gain insights into one's past, present, or future. By understanding the messages conveyed through dreams, individuals can navigate life's challenges, make important decisions, and gain spiritual guidance.

Chloe Russel's contributions to dream telling elevated this art form, making it accessible to a wider audience and underscoring its relevance in spiritual exploration. Her ability to articulate the intricate connections between dreams, spirituality, and human experience is a testament to her unique insight and expertise.

It was believed that in 10 Years of her working as a ‘seer', a dream reader she made over $3000. Just to give you some more perspective…. $3000 is worth $100,570.76 today! Whoah. What did she use it for? She used that money to not only free herself, but to free others as well living in captivity under George Russel in Virgina. She was one of the very few black women in history to own property.

In the 1800s, a time when dreams were often dismissed as mere figments of the imagination, Russel saw beyond the surface and recognized dreams as powerful conduits for self-discovery and understanding. Drawing from her own experiences and insights, she embarked on a journey to unravel the mysteries of the dream world and share them with the masses.

It is often debated if Chloe was real, if the book written by ‘Chloe Russel’ was a tactic to connect with other demographics on one end, and be more validated by a black woman entity on the other. Per the census of Boston and surrounding areas at that time, there was a woman who own properties in that area and on Belknap street listed as “free black woman”. So, that can tell you plenty. Chloe spent her life helping and guiding others, being spiritually connected and connected to her roots.

To this day this book is considered a relic, and often talked about in the psychic, and spiritual community.

This Month and every month we bring honor to Chloe Russel in the path she made, and we thank you!

Thanks for reading
