Brittany Michelle wears many hats, not only is she the owner and spiritual advisor of Moonlit Muva13, she’s a mother of 4 beautiful Energies, a yoga, breath work and meditation teacher/coach, spiritual life and wellness coach specializing in countless things such as somatic trauma practices, child trauma, pregnancy wellness and holistic living. She is based in Dayton, Ohio, but with the blessing of technology she see people all over the world of all ages. Her past, wasn’t an easy one, she often says “I unknowingly and unintentionally was my first (and hardest) client. After the “traditional” way of healing my traumatic past, anxiety and depression did not work… I started to dive into other ways of healing. The best choice I could have ever made.” She lead clients onto a path of emotional healing through energy work, mindfulness, mediation, movement, connecting to your inner spirit/self, spiritual wellness and management of all life’s stressor.
